POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• Our aim is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of cleared payment.
• Your order should arrive within 10 working days unless you reside on the Irish coastal islands (this will add additional delay to the delivery  time).
• If you do not receive your order within 10 working days or your goods arrive damaged please notify us immediately.
• Goods will be posted as Standard Post unless otherwise requested.
• Goods valued in excess of  €1,500.00 will be posted as Registered Post.
• Other postal services only on request and current fees as applied by An Post.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are based on the Euro value of goods with the exception of certain Edibles (see belo
all  orders are sent : an post track and trace  post will be charged accordingly as an post rates.

• You will be notified before goods are dispatched.
  Delivery Address : We reserve the right  not to deliver orders to any address we suspect is not secure (Hotels, Guest Houses, Group accommodation , PO box numbers etc.). If this policy affects your order we will notify you immediately.
• Single orders will only be delivered to a single address.  
  Orders will not be broken for separate deliveries to more than one address
• Should only part of your order arrive please notify us immediately on 1800 200 464.

BULKY EDIBLES

Sugarpaste and Marzipan and wedding cake stands  should be ordered separately through the bulk orders section.

All afformentioned details regard to delivery policy within the Republic of Ireland. If wishing to place an order from outside Ireland please first contact Sugarcraft.ie in order to determine the international postage and packing rate for the country of destination.
